Couples Workshop: The impact of Burnout, Trauma & Neurodivergence on Relationships

This practical and insight-driven workshop is designed for couples who want to better understand what’s really happening beneath the surface in their relationship, especially when stress, past experiences, or different ways of thinking begin to affect connection and communication.
Many couples find themselves stuck in patterns that feel confusing or exhausting, whether its heightened stress responses, emotional overwhelm, or conflict that keeps repeating itself. It can often feel like you’re trying your best, but still missing each other in important moments.
This workshop offers a space to slow things down and make sense of these patterns in a more compassionate and grounded way. Rather than focusing on blame or quick fixes, the aim is to understand why these dynamics happen, and how they show up for each of you.
Through this process, couples can begin to move out of reactive cycles and more into more intentional ways of communicating and connecting, creating a relationship that feels more understood, supported, and steady.
