Meet Your Practitioner - Louise Niemann

Louise Niemann is a qualified, professional Mental Health and Personal Development Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in corporate sales, leadership, and psychology-based coaching. She holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology (cum laude) and is a Registered EAPA-SA Practitioner, making her uniquely equipped to deliver Employee Wellness Programs that are both strategically aligned and deeply compassionate.
With her background in psychology, personal resilience, and professional development, Louise bridges the gap between mental wellness and workplace performance. She is known for creating safe, supportive spaces where employees and teams can unpack challenges, develop emotional intelligence, and build practical coping strategies — all within a confidential and non-judgmental environment.
Louise is also a certified life coach, cognitive behavioral therapist, and professional counsellor, bringing an innovative and heart-centred perspective to organizational wellbeing.
